HiMath Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern the use of the HiMath application.
Subscription Terms
HiMath offers auto-renewable yearly subscriptions for premium access, including course-specific plans and an optional all-access plan where available.
- Length: 1 year
- Price: shown in the app and billed by Apple
- Renewal: subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- Billing: your Apple Account is charged at confirmation of purchase and for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period
- Management: users can manage or cancel subscriptions in the App Store subscription settings on their device
License
HiMath is licensed, not sold, for personal, non-commercial educational use, subject to these Terms and any applicable Apple terms.
Acceptable Use
- Do not copy, resell, or redistribute paid content except as allowed by law.
- Do not interfere with the app’s operation.
- Do not attempt to bypass subscription or purchase protections.
Educational Content
HiMath is a study and practice tool. Educational content may be revised over time and is provided without guarantee of contest outcomes.
